Refund and Return policy

Starting ____________ 2020, if you have purchased a Sensteria from our online store, you are eligible for a return 30 days after receiving your Sensteria. 
Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

The trial period begins the day you receive your Sensteria. 

We recommend using your new Sensteria for at least 15???? days, which provides sufficient time to ______________ and get used to the system in general.

If within the first 30 days you are not comfortable with your Sensteria, please contact us on _____________@_________

We will issue a return label to get the Sensteria back to our Head Quarters (in Paris, France) and refund your purchase price* minus shipping and handling.

The amount deducted from your refund in order to cover shipping and handling is as follows:

  • $50 if you are a USA resident
  • If you're a customer from outside of the USA, handling and shipping costs may be higher. Please contact us on  _________@______ to have an estimation.

    The refund will be processed within 30 days after we have received the returned Sensteria.

    All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be sent using the return label we will provide.

    *Please note that your purchase price does not include your initial shipping cost ($19)

     

    1-year Limited Warranty

    This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Sensteria.


    What does this limited warranty cover?
    This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

    During the Warranty Period, Sensteria will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

    This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

     

    What will we do to correct problems?
    Sensteria will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.


    How long does the coverage last?
    The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sensteria is one year from the date of purchase (2 years in the EU)

    A replacement Sensteria or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Sensteria  or one year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.


    What does this limited warranty not cover?
    This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

    Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

    Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification- for example spilling water on the Sensteria, damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
    Theft or loss of the Physical Goods


    You have to cover the shipping charges and Sensteria will not assume the risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.

    To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

    You will then have to deliver Sensteria in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with the product..

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

     If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
